I am interested in the following KENNINGTON family.
Samuel KENNINGTON married Sallie WELSH. Their daughter, Mary KENNINGTON, was b. abt 1829 d 5 Dec 1917.

Mrs. Mary WALTERS, wife of Mr. Moses WALTERS died at her home in Buford Township. She fell about two months ago, broke a hip & never recovered. She was 85 years old & she & her husband lived together 60 years. Two sons and 16 daughters were born to Mrs. WALTERS. Mrs. WALTERS was Mary KENNINGTON daughter of Samuel KENNINGTON & Sallie WELSH. One son Mr. W. J. WALTERS of Monroe & nine daughters, Mrs. Lemuel GRIFFEN, Mrs. E. NESH, Mrs. I. F. PLYLER, Mrs. J. W. STEWART, Mrs. John HANCOCK, Mrs. W. M. GAY (this could be GUY), Mrs. M. K. WOLFE, Mrs. H. J. PLYLER, & Mrs. Walter GOOK survive. 1917-88 = 1829
Mary married Moses WALTERS b. abt 1827 d. abt 1918. They had the following children: Emily WALTERS; Frances WALTERS b. abt. 1858 in SC; Rosa WALTERS; Adaline WALTERS b. abt 1844; Leanora WALTERS b. abt 1846; Mary WALTERS b. abt 1848 and d. 29 Jun 1929, she ma. Robert Daniel DOUGLAS b. Dec 1848, possibly son of William DOUGLAS and Martha GREEN in 1863; John WALTERS b. abt 1849; William WALTERS b. abt 1855; David WALTERS b. abt 1857, m. Lydia UNKNOWN b. abt 1862; Charlotte WALTERS 1 b. abt 1860 and d. abt 1926, she m. Joseph W. DOUGLAS b. abt 1846 in Kershaw Co., SC possibly son of William DOUGLAS and Martha GREEN; Moses WALTERS Jr. b. abt 1863; Elizah WALTERS b. abt. 1866 and d. abt 1923.
