Seeking Information about Suckey, Joshua, and Jesse Hinson
Hi. My name is Don Reid from Rock Hill, S.C. My mother was Virginia Ruth HINSON b. 29 Nov. 1927 - d. 18 July 1990. Her father was William Jesse HINSON b. 12 Aug. 1879 - d. Oct. 1964.
Her mother was Blanche Marie NEAL. William's father was Joshua Harry HINSON b. 20 Aug. 1844 - d. 15 Nov. 1917. Married Martha N. DEESE b. 4 May 1848 - d. 13 Dec. 1933. Joshua's father was Jesse HINSON and his mother was Suckey _______ b. 1815. Does anyone have any information on Jesse and /or Suckey? I have a lot of information earlier down to the 1800's, but
can't tie Jesse or Suckey back. I found an 1850 census of Chesterfield S.C. page 113 with Suckey HINSON, 35 and Joshua HINSON, 6 year old.
