Royal Land Grant for Blackley Shoemake issued by King George of England. Done on February 11, 1771. The grant contained 1,000 acres of land situated in the District of Cheraw in Chesterfield County. This could well be the same parcel of land referred to in the Royal Land Grant made in 1771. The 1,000 acres was located in the District of Cheraw in Chesterfield County on Great Black Creek and Great and Little Rattlesnake Branch. |
