Dr. William Perry: A Spencer woman lived here before Son Welsh. She plowed a garden on the site where the Welsh's built an apartment for their son Jay. She was kin to the Charles Spencer Family. The house was located closer to the street at that time. It was moved to the back of the lot much later. |
