Julian Watson House Site
Elizabeth Ann Gaddy Rivers: Julian and Ola Watson lived upstairs and rented the basement apartment. I remember when David and Willadene Burch Burr got married and moved in there. David, who was Pete and Walter, Jr's brother, worked for my daddy at the grocery store, and I remember my mama's letting me walk up there several times to see their new baby. Willadene was a Burch from Mount Croghan. In later years they lived in the Grant house on East Main before they moved to Sumter.
