Katherine Ward Rivers Braswell: This was the second house built on Park Drive; it was built in 1941 by Avery Mangum of Pageland, SC. The property was bought from the Craig family. J. W. Bittle was Chief of Police in Chesterfield for a number of years. Susan Bittle was the office manager for the PCA office for several years. |
