James W. Jenkins: Mr. C. S. Britton was editor/publisher of the Chesterfield Advertiser for a number of years.
C. S. and Lurline Boltin Britton had a daughter, Jackie, who was in my class in high school. Jackie probably deserves some of the credit for my high school diploma. This site was heavly wooded when the Brittons lived there.
