James W. Jenkins: Mr. Clancy Burch operated a service station on the corner of Main and South Page Street. Mrs. Eleanor Gainey Burch was a teacher. She taught me in the 6th and 7th grades. They had three boys (Clancy, Jr., Billy, and Jack). Clancy, Jr. married Madeline Watson and they had one son (Clancy). I don't recall who Bill married. Jack married Margaret Jean Ratliff. |
