Donna Davis Hurst: This was one of the first four houses built on Ivy Hill. It was built by a construction firm from Wadesboro, NC.
It was built for Graydon and Anne Macomsom Rivers (Original Owners). Mrs. Rivers, a former teacher, continues to live in the house.
