Charles D. Rivers: Mr. Jim Redfearn had a garage at the back of the house where he kept his vehicle. I remember going with him to McBee to see Cleo Perdue about a pig. When we got there, Cleo was under the house, and when we asked what he was doing, he said that he and Laura had been arguing and that was the only place he could find any peace and quiet.
