Andy Teal House
Elizabeth Teal Gaddy House
Wilbur Hammond House
Foster King House
Lib Davis Guinn House
Elizabeth Davis Guinn: A 1922 plat at the Court House shows that Mr. George Laney owned 22 lots on the South Side of Main Street. This lot was designated as lot 19. We have been told that this property was referred to as the Teal Place, and later as the Wilbur Hammond House. James and Lib Guinn bought the house in 1960 and Lib continues to live in the house today.

Elizabeth Ann Gaddy Rivers: J. Andy Teal bought this lot and the adjacent lot along with Avery Mangum, a contractor from Pageland. It was in the late 20's or early 30's. Mr. Avery Mangum built this house. Mr. J. Andy Teal died in 1941 and Elizabeth Teal Gaddy inherited the property. Later a small portion of the adjacent lot was sold to Gene Stephenson. It is believed that Wilbur and Mary Hammond purchased the house and lived there until they built their home near Craig's Park and Thopmson Creek. Wilbur Hammond was a first cousin to Elizabeth Teal Gaddy. Later Ruby Davis King, Mary Hammond's sister lived in the house. Her husband, Foster King, traveled and they made this house their base for the weekend. The Kings continued to use this house until they built next door to Vivian and Cooke Adams. Vivian King Adams was a sister to Foster King.
