James W. Jenkins: The Reverend B. S. Funderburk lived here at one time. Gary Douglas, Sr. owned the house for a period of time, Mertin Hursey, former Superintendent of Schools, lived here until her death. In the early 30's my parents rented a couple of rooms in the house before I was born. Daniel E. and Lynn Gulledge Beaver own the house today. |
