James W. Jenkins: The actual address for this home is Sandbed Road to the rear of the house but since the house faces Highway 9 it is included. Edwin Davis had a career as a pharmaceutical salesman. He lived in Columbia, SC for a number of years. He is Newberry College Graduate. Since returning home he has served as the Veteran's Service Officer and as Probate Judge for Chesterfield County.
Mr. Davis has moved three structures from his grandparents home place to his farm and is in the process of restoring the homes.
