Looking north on Second Street toward the intersection of Second and Market Streets in the 1930's. This photo has a different "look" to it because it was taken from a hand colored postcard. The Royal Cafe is on the right which anyone who remembers it today probably remembers it being located about one block behind Town Hall further up the street. Also, although the photo shows Mack's on the right, most people today remember Mack;s being located in the 100 block of Market Street, around the corner from this location.
